DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY:
To secure your booking, we require a 50% deposit of the total cost at time of booking. The balance is due 15 days before arrival during slow season (May to November) and 60 days before arrival during high season (December to April). Guests must ensure their credit card information is accurate. Any additional or incidental charges incurred during your stay can be settled upon departure.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
We aim to offer you the most flexibility possible, wherever possible, especially for cancellations due to natural disasters or circumstances that are out of your control.
Deposit & Cancellation Policy (Low season – May to November)
- A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking
- Full balance payable 15 days before arrival
- Cancellations received over 15 days before arrival receive a full refund, less 10% administration fee.
- Cancellations received 7 days before arrival will be offered 50% refund
- Cancellations received less than 7 days before arrival re receive no refund.
- No refunds are due for no-shows, unused rooms, transfers/ tours, or any other pre-booked services.

- A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking
- Full balance payable 60 days before arrival
- Cancellations received over 45 days before arrival receive a full refund, less 10% administration fee.
- Cancellations received 21 days before arrival will be offered 50% refund.
- Cancellations received less than 21 days before arrival receive no refund.
- No refunds are due for no-shows, unused rooms, transfers/ tours, or any other pre-booked services.
